Dr. Zul Hilmi Saidin is a forest hydrologist with nearly 10 years of experience in forest ecosystem monitoring and hydrology. He holds bachelor and master degrees in Civil Engineering from UiTM Shah Alam and a PhD in Forest Hydrology from the University of Tsukuba, Japan. His research focused on precipitation partitioning in forest ecosystems, and he later specialized in Environmental Management and the Prognosis of Nuclear Emergencies. He previously served at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, supporting ASEAN Cooperation on Environment and Transboundary Haze Pollution.
